PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten vibration detection time to perform analysis at a high speed, using a readily discriminable reference bead. SOLUTION: This color bead discriminating device produces a plurality of kinds of color beads, while changing the mixing ratio of semiconductor nanoparticles for emitting different light to be applied to a surface, specifies mixing percentage of the semiconductor nanoparticles applied to the color beads from a fluorescent image of the color beads, and discriminates the kind of the color beads. In the fluorescent image, obtained by forming the reference bead using the beads with a light transmissivity different from that of the beads and by radiating excitation light to a sample mixed with the color beads, by detecting vibration from the fluorescent image of the reference bead, the vibration detection time is shortened, to perform analysis at a high speed.
