PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent radioactive waste from occurring in dismantling a building including a device for releasing high energy neutrons. SOLUTION: The concrete building including the device for radiating high energy neutrons comprises concrete skeletons 12 (including a ceiling, wall and floor) that surround the device 10 and are mainly formed of reinforced concrete and a concrete panels 14 replaceably arranged in at least part of the inner peripheral surface of the concrete skeletons (including a ceiling, wall and floor).
