PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the miniaturization or cost reduction of an immunoassay device by shortening a B/F (Bind/Free) separation-washing zone where a magnet is arranged in an EIA (Enzyme Immuno Assay) automatic analyzing method using magnetic particles in a solid phase. SOLUTION: In this automatic immunoassay device, when magnetic particulates are used in the solid phase to perform the magnetic B/F separation and washing of the solid phase and liquid phase housed in a reaction container, the B/F separation-washing zone is provided in a transfer route and a plurality of the magnets arranged to the periphery of the reaction container set to a stop state in the zone are alternately allowed to act on the reaction container at each time when a washing solution is substituted to repeat B/F separation and the redispersion of solid-phase particulates to remove a non-bonded component.
