PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations at engine startup in an idle-stop vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a cutoff valve control means (S440, S730, S 915, S1030) for controlling a cutoff valve (3) to be kept in a state of closure until restart from the time at which an engine is transferred to a stopping state when an engine stop condition is established.
