PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water passage structure of an engine for forming a cooling water passage by casting on a core, by securing a sufficient space between exhaust ports. SOLUTION: A plane part 9 is respectively provided on the mutually most approached one side of an inner peripheral surface of the exhaust port 4, and the inter-port cooling water passage 14 is formed between this plane part 9 by casting on a core.
