<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight training wear which prevents weight training using a training tool and a weight from strengthening muscles different from ones used for an intended sport due to failure to make a user from performing training in the same actions as in the actual sport and can strengthen the muscles necessary for the sport while performing effective training by proportionately applying a load to the muscles during an actual play and movements in daily life. <P>SOLUTION: The weight training wear is manufactured by sewing cloth materials 3 and 4 having stretchability and a basis weight of 500 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more to obtain a weight load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
