EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment support system capable of effectively utilizing information relating to an entrusted student that a trustee who simultaneously performs consignment training and temporary staffing or job placement has and realizing quick and appropriate employment support.

SOLUTION: The trustee 2 who performs the training of the entrusted students entrusted from an entruster 1 and performs the temporary staffing or the job placement to a plurality of employers 3-1 to 3-n for the entrusted students has an entrusted student data base 10 storing information relating to each entrusted student. The entruster 1 and the respective employers 3-1 to 3-n can obtain required information by accessing the entrusted student data base 10 from the terminals 7 and 8-1 to 8-n respectively through communication means 5 and 6. Thus, three parties of the trustee 2 as a center, the entruster 1 and the employers can transfer the information by real time in two-way communication.
