<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system for efficiently supporting an operation by integrating operation training before engaging in the operation and an actual on site operation. <P>SOLUTION: In this operation support system 1, an operation support server 10 is provided with a support information input means 12 for inputting support information necessary for operation support, a support information storing means 120 for storing support information to be inputted by the support information input means 12, a primary information generation means 13 for generating primary information for designating a portion of primary support information as a primary point from the support information stored by the support information storing means 120, a primary information storing means 130 for storing the generated primary information, an authenticating means 11 for authenticating the terminal by confirming the validity of the terminal 20 or 30 which has performed access to the task support server 1, and a support means 14 for executing predetermined operation support in response to a request from the terminal 20 or 30 authenticated by the authentication means 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
