<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail management system, electronic mail management apparatus, control method, and program which realize management of electronic mail addresses or the like with the least trouble on the side of a manager or a user himself. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic mail management system is provided with a mail server 101, an electronic mail management server 102, a mailing list server 103, the Internet 104, and a mail client 106.
