<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for repairing a workpiece by using microplasma without masking. <P>SOLUTION: The method is to repair a workpiece by using microplasma without masking, and comprises the steps of: generating a microplasma stream having a width of approximately 0.5-5 mm; applying the microplasma stream to the workpiece; and coating a portion of the workpiece with the microplasma stream without masking.
