<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dried fertile leaf capable of solving a problem of a simple dried fertile leaf in which the color tone did not become green when the dried fertile leaf is restored by water or hot water and having bright green and adequate slimy property when the dried fertile leaf is restored and to provide a dried fertile leaf, in which problem of frozen products in which color tones were changed when stored for a long period is solved, excellent in keeping quality. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the dried green fertile leaf comprises treating fresh fertile leaf with an immersing solution composed of an alkali solution or combinedly using an alkali with salts and heating and drying the treated fertile leaf. The problem of the simple dried fertile leaf in which the color tone did not become green when the dried green fertile leaf is restored with water or hot water can be solved and restored fertile leaf having bright green and adequate slimy property is obtained by using the production method of dried green fertile leaf by the present invention. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
