<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively calculate printing expenses regardless of the manufacturer of a printer. <P>SOLUTION: A printing fee management program makes a computer function as a storage device 40 stored with identification information 45 for identifying a printer as a charging object, information 42 for identifying a department using the printer, and a fee calculation standard 54 for charging involved in the use of the printer; an information collection means 31 for continuously collecting print processing information 47 including the number of printed sheets from each printer; and a totaling means 32 which generates charging information 48 based on the print processing information 47 by referring to the fee calculation standard 54, and stores it in the storage device 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
