<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a non-stretched film comprising a thermoplastic resin using a multi-kind and small-quantity production system, a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin-coated metal sheet and a manufacturing apparatus of the non-stretched film comprising the thermoplastic resin. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the non-stretched film, wherein a thermoplastic resin B is present on both sides of a thermoplastic resin A in parallel, by separately heating and melting the thermoplastic resin A and the thermoplastic resin B other than the thermoplastic resin A to guide both molten resins to both end parts of an extrusion T-die and discharging both molten resins so that the thermoplastic resin B is present on both sides of the heated and melted thermoplastic resin A in parallel, the cross-sectional shape of each of the holes B3a (B3b) drilled in both sides of the lower part of a pipe for supplying the thermoplastic resin A is set to a shape wherein the almost half of the upper side of an oval shape, wherein a long axis is parallel to the flow direction of the heated and melted resins and a short axis is right-angled to the flow direction of the heated and melted resins, is closed and a projection B5 is provided to the closed part B4 to form an uneven streak to the boundary part of the thermoplastic resin A and the thermoplastic resin B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
