<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which supply of power to a light emitting element is performed via a switching element and Vth shift of the switching element is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The display device has at least the light emitting element and the switching element in pixels, the switching element supplies the power to the light emitting element via the switching element, constituted of a first switching element and a second switching element, in which one becomes a positive bias state and the other becomes a reverse bias state in accordance with input of data signals in the pixels, the bias state is operated by being alternately switched between the first and second switching elements according to time series input of the data signals and supply of the power to the light emitting element is performed via either of the first switching element or the second switching element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
