<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal ticket which is stuck to garbage to be collected, such as business garbage, bulky garbage, and common household garbage when being used, and a garbage collection and disposal method which has a function of preventing forgery of the garbage disposal ticket, a function of confirming a source of garbage, a function of preventing the unauthorized act of garbage disposal, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a garbage disposal ticket 1 which is stuck to an object 2 to be collected when being used, an IC chip or a RF tag 6 having prescribed information recorded therein is provided in a prescribed position of a label main body 5 obtained by laminating a label paper 3 and an adhesive 4. The garbage disposal ticket is sold at a shop by a public organization and is purchased at the shop by an individual wanting garbage disposal and is stuck to an object of garbage by him or her, and she or he asks a garbage collector to collect the object.
