<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing type pipe joint free of rotation in the circumferential direction when fastening a housing during piping. <P>SOLUTION: The housing type pipe joint comprises the elastically deformable cylindrical housing 2 having a socket 20 to the outer peripheral face of which a branch pipe is connected and into which a water supply pipe 10 is inserted, a seal member 5 provided on the inner peripheral face of the housing 2, a fastening member 3 for shrinking the diameter of the housing 2, and a locking member 4 fixed to at least one end face of the housing 2 so as to protrude to the inner diameter side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
