<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic laminate, with which production efficiency can be improved and superior shape accuracy can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the ceramic laminate includes a green sheet forming process for forming a green sheet 110, an electrode printing process for printing an electrode material 200 on the green sheet 110 and forming electrode printing sheets 31 and 32, a laminating/cutting process for sequentially laminating the electrode printing sheets 31 and 32 in an external frame member 51 surrounding external peripheries of the electrode printing sheets 31 and 32 one by one, installing cutting grooves 43 in positions to be divided in the electrode printing sheets 31 and 32 whenever the sheet is laminated one by one and forming a preliminary laminated body 100, a dividing process for taking out the preliminary laminated body 100 from the external frame member 51, dividing it along the cutting grooves 43 and forming a unit body and a baking process for baking the unit body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
