<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optimum setting of a throttle part, always intercommunicating a discharge chamber and a crank chamber, such that cooling efficiency is not reduced, to control a compressor to a maximum capacity even in case oil returned to the crank chamber is exhausted at the time of a high load, and to fully raise a crank chamber pressure at the time of a low load. <P>SOLUTION: The compressor is provided with a throttle part 41 to always intercommunicate a discharge chamber 26 and a crank chamber 26; an air supply passage 50 which bypasses the throttle part 41 and intercommunicates the discharge chamber 26 and a crank chamber 6; a first valve part 52 to adjust the communicating opening of the air supply passage 50; a bleed passage 51 to intercommunicate the crank chamber 6 and an intake chamber 25; and a second valve part 53 to adjust the communication opening of the bleed passage 51. In at least a part of a process where the first valve part 52 is operated in the opening direction according to the decrease in a thermal load, the second valve part 53 is operated in the closing direction.
