PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure lamination without using a roller.

SOLUTION: This laser thermal transfer device comprises a lower substrate mounting part 120 having at least one first lower vent hole 120a and capable of adsorbing a lower substrate A through the first lower vent hole 120a, an upper substrate support part 130 arranged above the lower substrate mounting part 120 to support an upper substrate D, having at least one first upper vent hole 130a and pressing the upper substrate D through the first upper vent hole 130a on the lower substrate A and a laser irradiation device 155 irradiating laser on the upper substrate D closely contacting the lower substrate A. The lower substrate mounting part 120 also comprises at least one second lower vent hole 120b located outside of an edge part the lower substrate A and makes the upper substrate D approach or separate from the lower substrate A through the second lower vent hole 120b.
