PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix windings on an annular slot of a stator ring without using an insulator. SOLUTION: A relationship among a diameterϕαof the annular slot 37 formed in the stator ring 31, a diameterϕγof the windings 34, 35A excluding an insulation layer 53, and a diameterϕβof the windings 34, 35A including the insulation layer 53 is set asϕγ<ϕα<ϕβ, so that the windings 34, 35A are pressed into and securely fixed to the annular slot 37 to reduce generation of breakage to insulation and noise by vibration. The windings 34, 35A are pressed into the annular slot 37 within the range of the thickness of the insulation layer 53, so that a conductor which constitutes the windings 34, 35A can be prevented from being damaged, and the insulator becomes unnecessary, thus reducing the number of parts.
