PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus in which operation for an apparatus can be performed even when a key is continued to be pressed due to multiple depression of a key, mechanical fault, dust in a key signal line, or the like, also cause of an error about key operation can be recognized. SOLUTION: When a key input signal is inputted from an operation part, the present key state is not a specific state, and the key is depressed, a depressing time of the same key is measured. When the same key is depressed in the prescribed time, a key state is shifted to the specific state. Thereby, even when a key is continued to be depressed due to multiple depression of a key, mechanical fault, dust in a key signal line, or the like, operation for the apparatus can be performed.
