PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep initial bearing performance for a long period and to realize reduction in thickness without impairing shaft run-out accuracy or the like. SOLUTION: A thrust bearing portion 14 is composed of one of bearing end faces 11f1 of a dynamic pressure-type oil-impregnated sintered bearing 11 and a flange portion 13a formed on a rotating shaft 13. Perpendicularity of the bearing end face 11f1 and a bearing inner peripheral face 11h is determined to be within 3μm, and perpendicularity of the flange portion 13a and an outer peripheral face of the rotating shaft 13 is determined to be within 2μm. A bearing inner diameter d and a bearing width L of the dynamic pressure-type oil-impregnated sintered bearing is determined L≤1.2d, and the radial bearing face 11b is formed on one part of the bearing inner peripheral face 11h.
