The system has two pedicle screws (1) connected by a diffraction/compression bar (2). The bar has a thickness lower than width, and is selected based on elastic characteristics of metal used for the bar and an average distance separating the screws to allow an elastic flexion in posteroanterior and anteroposterior direction. The bar has longitudinal ridges and hollow cavities cooperating respectively with ridges and pins of the screws.
