<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for increasing processing efficiency for giving KANA alongside Chinese characters. <P>SOLUTION: Document data structure information including a plurality of logical sections (1001 to 1007, 1014 and 1015 of a figure 10) and a column(1008 in the figure 10) of the items of a KANA output is prepared based on KANA-given text information including characters to be given KANA and layout information (a step S401 of a figure 4(not shown in the figure)), and whether or not to output KANA to the characters to be given KANA is controlled based on the values of the items of the KANA output (steps S602 to 605 in a figure 6(not shown in the figure)), and the KANA is given to the characters to be given KANA based on the control (steps S606, 607 in the figure 6(not shown in the figure)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
