摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding material, with which the kneading time required for realizing a fluidized condition is made short, and a mortar composition or a concrete composition having high strength can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The binding material comprises a siliceous fine powder and cement, and is characterized in that the BET specific surface area of the siliceous fine powder is 8-13 m<SP>2</SP>/g and the content of the siliceous fine powder is 10-40 wt.% based on the weight of the binding material. A preferable binding material forms a cement composition having a fluidizing time of≤100+(18-W/B)×25 s in a range of the water/binding material ratio (W/B) of 14-18%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
