PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite in which a simply producible silicone resin and an epoxy resin are adhered stably to each other and a method for producing the composite. SOLUTION: An adhesion composite comprising a silicone resin and an epoxy resin obtained from the cured product of a curable silicone resin composition (A) comprising a polyorganosiloxane resin (A1) having an index of refraction at 25°C of 1.45-1.60, at least two silicon atom-bonded alkenyl groups in a molecule, and phenyl siloxane units shown by the formula: C<SB>6</SB>H<SB>5</SB>SiO<SB>3/2</SB>of at least 30 mole% of the total siloxane units, a polyorganohydrogenesiloxane (A2) and a catalyst (A3) for a hydrosilylation reaction and a curable epoxy resin composition (B), and a method for producing the adhesion composite in which the resin composition (A) and the resin composition (B) are brought into close contact and cured at room temperature and by heating are disclosed.
