PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to provide an image in which a BGM, a reproducing time duration and an atmosphere fall on a picture slide show for a user. SOLUTION: About voice data used as the BGM, a head silent zone detection unit 253 detects a head silent zone, a tail silent zone detection unit 254 detects a tail silent zone, and a tail fade-out zone detection unit 255 detects a tail fade-out zone. Performance zones other than the head of the voice data and the silent zone of the tail are specified by a performance zone specifying unit 256. An image content assignment 260 assigns photograph album information and effect data to the performance zone, and forms vector data. Further, a fade-out processing setting part 262 updates the vector data so that fade-out processing may be performed to the image of the tail fade-out zone.
