摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an outer rotor for acquiring desired dimensional accuracy while workability is enhanced. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an outer rotor 10, a rotor core 12 is composed of two or more separation cores 16 separated in a hoop direction. Each separation core 16 is jointed mutually with some play space through a dovetail-tenon engagement convex 22a and a mortise-shaped engagement recess 22b, and thereby these separation cores 16 positioned in a circular state are set in a mold die 30. In the mold die 30, a frame 11 and resin 15 are molded in a body. In this way, they are set in a set part 32 with a gap between the set part 32 of the mold die 30 and the rotor core 12, so workability can be improved. If the mold is performed with the resin 15, the rotor core 12 is pushed toward inner diameter side through mold pressure, and the mutual play space is eliminated between the separation cores 16, so desired dimensional accuracy can be obtained.
