PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic album creating apparatus which enables, even a user unfamiliar with handling of a personal computer or like to easily create an electronic album in a short period of time and efficiently reads a photograph and a card. SOLUTION: A holder 10 sucking and holding a photograph Pb, a title card Pa, and a hand-written card Pc or the like is fed from a supply part stocker 50A to a read position 50B of a photograph stand 11 by transport rollers 55 of an automatic feeder, and also arranged at a prescribed position by a stopper 56, and a read section 13 reads images of the photograph and the cards. The holder 10 whose image reading is finished is fed to a discharge part stocker 50C by the transport rollers 55. While displaying source images, such as the photograph Pb or the like on a liquid crystal display section 14, the user lays out the source images at arbitrary positions through the operation of an operation section 12 and produces an album image.
