PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print wiring patterns in cream solder on both sides of a board for a double-sided printed wiring board with the same one screen printing plate. SOLUTION: When a plurality of double sided printed wiring boards (single boards) 1 are collectively manufactured on a mother board 10; an F side wiring pattern FP is formed in a first block 10(1, 1) on a first side 10A of the mother board, and an R side wiring pattern is formed in a block on a second side opposite to the first block. An inverted R side wiring pattern RPt, which is the R side wiring pattern RP inverted by 180°, is formed in a second block 10(2, 1) adjacent to the first block in the column direction (or row direction) on the first side 10A, and an inverted F side wiring pattern FPt by inverting the F side wiring pattern FP by 180°is formed in a block on the second side opposite to the second block.
