PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card improved in workability of removing and attaching a display stripe, and to provide a switch using the card. SOLUTION: The card 1 comprises; a mount 10 in which a first resin layer 12 having adhesion on one face of a base material 11 such as art paper, is formed; and a sheet 20 in which a second resin layer 23 having adhesion on one face is formed, while a print layer 21 on which printing is possible is formed on the other face, and which is attached to the mount 10 so as to be exfoliated, by attaching the second resin layer 23 to the first resin layer 12. In the sheet 20, the plurality of display stripes 24 formed in a desired size, which is separated from other sections by providing a break 25 in a periphery, are provided and in each display stripe 24, letters showing application of the switch are printed beforehand using a commercial printer.
