PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a plurality kinds of signals without increasing the number of signal lines. SOLUTION: A multiplex signal and a clock signal, separately from an image data signal are outputted from an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) 1 which is a transmitting side of an image data. A counter 22 of a liquid crystal display (LCD) module is updated by adding one to a count value which is outputted to a latch circuit 30, when a level of the multiplex signal inputted from the ASIC 1 becomes "1" from "0". From the latch circuit 30, a signal showing the count value by the counter 22 when the level of the multiplex signal inputted from the ASIC 1 returns to "0" is outputted to a decoder 23. The decoder 23 sets the signal level of any one of output signals, that is, the output signal from an AND circuit 51 to a main control section 54, the output signal from an AND circuit 52 to the main control section 54 and the output signal from an AND circuit 53 to the main control section 54, to "1" depending on the count value which is inputted.
