PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas reducing device for solving the problem such as the deterioration in engine oil, by restraining generation of gas in a crankcase. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S100) for detecting throttle opening, a step (S110) for detecting an engine speed, a step (S120) for calculating the concentration of nitrogen oxides, a step (S130) for calculating the concentration of carbon dioxide, and a step (S150) for opening an electronic PCV valve when determining that the concentration of the nitrogen oxides or the concentration of the carbon dioxide is high (YES in S140).
