PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and highly efficient gas component enriching device which can be mounted in a vehicle. SOLUTION: The gas component enriching device is equipped with a component enriching means for enriching at least a specific gas component included in inflow gas flowing in, and a differential pressure generation means for introducing the inflow gas into the component enriching means while generating differential pressure in the component enriching means. The component enriching means is a honeycomb structure in which a permeable membrane selectively permeating the gas component is integrally formed with a base surface.
