PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind having an upper slat group and a lower slat group for preventing lower ladder cord supporting the lower slat group from sagging without disturbing the turn of the slats of the upper slat group and the lower slat group. SOLUTION: The blind comprises an upper ladder cord 16 supporting the upper slat group 14 and the lower ladder cord 17 supporting the lower slat group 15. The ladder cords 16, 17 can be separately operated to be tilted, and the upper slat group 14 and the lower slat group 15 can be separately turned and wholly elevated up and down. The lower ladder cord 17 consists of a ladder cord portion 17A located in a lower slat area and an extension portion 17B located in an upper slat area. The upper ladder cord 16 and the extension portion 17B of the lower ladder cord 17 are connected to each other via a bendable connection member 40 at proper vertical intervals.
