PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular pharmaceutical composition comprising a water-sparingly soluble NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and to provide a pharmaceutical preparation improving drug dissolving properties of a tablet and having excellent fast-acting properties and effectiveness. SOLUTION: The granular pharmaceutical composition is obtained by mixing the water-sparingly soluble NSAID such as aspirin or ibuprofen with a vehicle such as starch or cellulose, carrying out co-pulverization and then wet granulating the resultant co-pulverized mixture with an aqueous liquid containing a water-soluble or a water-swellable polymer.
