PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pyridinium=bis(trifluoromethanesufonyl)imidate salt capable of imparting conductivity comparatively stabilized against the change of the environment, particularly against humidity to a resin. SOLUTION: The pyridinium=bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imidate salt is represented by formula (1) (wherein R is a 5-20C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group (other than an 8C alkyl group); and R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-4C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group).
