PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster for treatment with endermic medication easily and stably sticking a powdery medicine on a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet without spattering and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the plaster comprising a first releasing paper 1 having a plurality of holes 11 formed in a row, a plurality of base pieces 2 formed as sufficiently large in size compared to the holes 11 and has a pressure sensitive adhesive face 21 on one side, and a second releasing paper 5 to be pasted on the back face 12 of the first release paper 1. Each of the pressure sensitive adhesive face 21 of the plurality of base pieces 2 is applied as to seal the hole 11 on the surface 13 of the first releasing paper 1. The powdery endermic medicine 3 is applied to the pressure sensitive adhesive parts of the base pieces 2 being exposed from the holes 11 on the back face 12 of the first releasing paper 1. The second release paper 5 is applied to the back face 13 of the first release paper 1 as to seal the part being exposed from the hole part 11 and applied with the powdery endermic medicine 3.
