PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing hardening of membranes of a capsule material, especially, breaking of the capsules during transportation through preparation by filling B type crystal-containing 7-[2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-hydroxyimino-acetamide]-3-vinyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid, a derivative or a salt of the same in capsules formed of the capsule material which does not loose flexibility even when water content in high molecular membranes is reduced. SOLUTION: The capsule formulation is prepared by filling B type crystal-containing 7-[2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-hydroxyimino-acetamide]-3-vinyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid, the derivative or the salt of the same in the capsules formed of the capsule material which does not loose flexibility even when the water content is low in the high molecular membranes.
