PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of preventing occurrence of loosening in a belt-like mount even when winding diameter of the belt-like mount becomes large and tensile force for winding becomes weak. SOLUTION: A coupling 104 is fixed in a condition in which a loose-fit projection 104a is loosely fitted into a loose-fit groove 103b. A twist spring 105 is annularly mounted on a winding driving shaft 101 between a guide plate 103 and the coupling 104, and the twist spring 105 energizes the guide plate 103 for the coupling 104 in the direction for rotating it in the winding direction. When a rotary driving shaft of the winding driving shaft 101 is stopped, a winding reel 102 and the guide plate 103 are rotated for the coupling 104 in the winding direction by energizing force of the twist spring 105 to wind the belt-like mount 4 around the winding reel 102 by amount of rotation and prevent loosening of the belt-like mount 4.
