The method for draining the bile ducts comprises cholangiography performed under X-ray control, the puncture of hepatic ducts, the consecutive transcutaneous insertion of the guide. Then the drainage tube is inserted via the guide. The distal part of the drainage tube is attached in the bile duct with the aid of collet appliance.
