A method for shortening the loading time of SIM card data is provided to shorten the loading data time of the SIM card due to storing previously back-up SIM data to SIM cache when the SIM card is attached to other devices. SIM data in a SIM cache(5) of a terminal(3) is backup in a SIM data backup area(8). A first flag is stored in a SIM card attachable device. The first flag is read in the SIM card and backup in the counter backup region(7) of the terminal as the second flag. The first flag is read in the SIM card and backup in a run counter backup region of the terminal as the second flag. When the power source is applied, the power source determines whether the SIM card is adhered to the other SIM card attachable devices through the first flag and the second flag. If not, the SIM data backup region of the terminal is stored and used.
