METHOD AND APPARATUS OF SELECTING NETWORK BY USING MOBILE TERMINAL FOR MANAGING CRRM IN MULTI-RADIO NETWORK

A mobile terminal-led network selection method in a multi-wireless network and a device therefor are provided to enable a CRRM(Common Radio Resource Manager) to transmit a reference value and/or defined policy information to a mobile terminal, so that the terminal can select a network to which the terminal itself is to be connected. A CRRM collects each piece of network-related information in a multi-wireless network consisting of at least two different networks, and generates a reference value(S310,S320). The CRRM provides the reference value to a mobile terminal belonging to the multi-wireless network(S330). The terminal determines one network of the multi-wireless network to change the currently connected network based on the reference value(S340). The terminal connects to the determined network, and transmits the results to the CRRM(S350).
