A medical apparatus for removing a calculus is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and improve a working convenience by removing a calculus efficiently through a tube body. A medical apparatus for removing a calculus includes a grasp body(2), a flexible tube body(3), a fixing unit(7), four metal line wires(6), a basket(5), a wire unit(4), a bar(8), and a grinding metal line(10). The wire unit is inserted into the flexible tube body is coupled to a front part of the grasp body. The wire unit forms the basket with four metal line wires coupled to the fixing unit. The wire unit is moved forward/backward by the bar. The grinding metal line is installed on the front part of the fixing unit of the basket. The grinding metal line is withdrawn to an external part through the tube body. The large stone captured with the basket is grinded by pulling the grinding metal line.
