An apparatus for manufacturing a cable hanger using the hanger wire, and successively by turns can form S coiling helix coming out with Z coiling, and a method of manufacture thereof are provided. Therefore, successively S coiling helix coming out along the axis line with Z coiling is by turns molded through transition.
