A prefabricated soundproof wall is provided to make construction simple by excluding the additional welding process, and to insert and replace soundproof panels easily at construction and repair works by separating a horizontal plate of an H-post. A prefabricated soundproof wall(1) comprises a bottom plate(100) provided with a flat board portion supported to the ground or a concrete soundproof block(500) and two holding portions having a fitting groove formed vertical to the ground to fix an H-post, an H-post(200) press-fitted to the fitting grooves to support a soundproof plate coupled between adjacent H-posts and provided with a vertical plate located in the center and a horizontal plate coupled to two ends of the vertical plate to be separable, a soundproof plate(300) inserted to an inner space formed between the vertical plate and the horizontal plate and provided with many soundproof panels coupled and piled between the adjacent H-posts, and a roof(400) coupled to the upper part of the H-posts after the soundproof plate is inserted to prevent the inflow of impurities such as rainwater and dust.
