A high density bristle toothbrush is provided to obtain the excellent effects of removing plaque, and good cleansing feelings after a user brushes his/her teeth, and to minimize the phenomenon where the bristles get widened. A high-density bristle portion(30) is formed on the front end of a bristle portion(20) of a toothbrush(100). An ordinary bristle portion(40) is formed on the rear of the high density bristle portion. The high-density bristle portion and the ordinary bristle portion are formed alternatingly in a longitudinal direction of the bristle portion. In the high density bristle portion, the space between holes(31) on which a bristle bunch is planted is formed to be narrower than that of the ordinary bristle portion to increase the density of the hole and the area of the hole and to increase the number of bristle bunches.
