Adhesive and paint compositions are provided to remove stench effectively, to reduce a bad influence of electromagnetic waves upon a human body by shielding an electric field emitted from various electric/electronic products, and to suppress stains or stench caused by bacteria or fungi. An adhesive having volatile organic compound removal and electromagnetic shielding functions is prepared by mixing 1-99wt% of an adhesive, 1-80wt% of amethyst, and 1-66wt% of a conductive material. The adhesive is a water adhesive or oil adhesive. The conductive material is any one WK and TM series, powdered or liquefied conductive carbon black, indium tin oxides, alkyl phosphate sodium salts, poltaniline, polyethylenedioxythiophene, polypyrrole, polythiophene, poly(p-phenylene), polyacetylene, poly(p-phenylene vinylene), polythienylene vinylene, polyisothianaphthene, poly(p-phenylene sulfide), chlorides, surfactants, salts, and seawater, or a mixture of two and more materials. |
