A standard ear shell is provided to help to manufacture insertion-type general-purpose hearing aid by measuring shape and size of an external auditory canal and calculating the mean of them. A manufacturing method of the standard ear shell comprises: inserting the ear cotton block(1) and the thread into an external auditory canal(22); injecting the silicon resin mixture prepared by mixing silicast A and silicast B in a ratio of 1 : 1 into the external auditory canal and hardening the mixture; collecting an outer ear(5) including an ear shell(3); collecting phase/size of the outer ear using a three-dimensional scanner; calculating volume, circumference, length, angles of the outer ear from the coded data; and inducing geometric values which are statistically processed and equalized.
