METHOD OF CALCULATING REFERENCE VALUE FOR MANAGING CRRM IN MULTI-RADIO NETWORK AND APPRATUS THEREOF

A CRRM(Common Radio Resource Manager)-led network selection method in a multi-wireless network and a device therefor are provided to enable a CRRM to determine traffic readjustment according to defined policies and to suggest the determined results to a mobile terminal, thereby efficiently providing radio resources between different networks. A CRRM collects each piece of network-related information in a multi-wireless network consisting of at least two different networks, and generates a reference value(S310,S320). The CRRM determines one network of the wireless network in order to change a network of the mobile terminal which is currently connected, based on the reference value(S330). The CRRM transmits information on the determination to the terminal, so that the terminal is connected to the determined network(S340,S350).
